All Slow Flow Yoga classes are slow-moving with the breath, and alternate poses are offered for each individual.
Mats and props provided  – just bring you in comfortable clothes & slip on/off shoes.
Slow Flow Yoga Classes $12 cash payable upon arrival.

Aerial Yoga Group Classes $20 (class size limited to 4)  [Yoga Experience Preferred]  !! Private or Semi-Private class required prior to participation in Aerial Yoga Group Class !! Private $35; Semi-Private $25. 

Gravity Yoga & Breath/Meditation offered privately.  Click here for details on all PRIVATE Classes available.
