Just starting out or getting back to Yoga? You may want to schedule a 6-week private session ($135 for 2-hour Intro to Yoga + 5 weekly classes), or one 90-min Beginner Level class ($25).
This class instruction will include:
10 minutes Conscious Breathing
Gentle Stretching and Breath with Slow Movement (Pre-Natal Variations available)
Focus on Alignment, Six Movements of the Spine, Feet Above the Heart, and Head Below the Heart
Introduction to Sun Salutations
10 minutes Relaxation (Lavender optional)
