Focus on Alignment, Six Movements of the Spine, Feet Above the Heart, and Head Below the Heart

Sun Salutations (flowing through varied poses, i.e. Warriors, Crescent Moon, Pyramid, Gate)


10 minutes Relaxation (Lavender optional)

Wednesday Gentle Flow:  The last Wednesday of every month is a Restorative Class.
