Restorative Yoga

 Last Wednesday of each month 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Restorative is a practice of counter poses to an active lifestyle.
A state of “being” rather than doing.
Deliberate stillness to relax and restore.

Each pose is supported with props, and designed for comfort to relax for 8 minutes (the time required for the nervous system to relax).

Each class ends with a 10-15 minute Savasana with Yoga Nidra.
